Description
SB-4000 is a water-based silane/siloxane blend designed to provide long-lasting, invisible protection for a wide range of surfaces. This penetrating sealer guards against water, salt, freeze/thaw damage, and efflorescence, making it ideal for pavers, concrete, masonry, and natural stone in both indoor and outdoor applications. SB-4000 is breathable, allowing moisture to escape naturally, and does not alter the appearance of most surfaces. It is non-hazardous, VOC/EPA compliant, and safe for use in Western NC’s variable climate.
