Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are only accepted for new, unused items in their original packaging.
• Used materials or installed hardscape products cannot be returned.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Special orders and custom-cut materials are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply to bulk materials or palletized products.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Delivery & Pickup Orders

• For delivered items, any issues must be reported at the time of delivery.
• Once materials are unloaded, they are considered accepted and are non-returnable.
• Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their order before pickup or delivery.
